# Whitelisting

Whitelisting Is a Way to limit the players that can join your server by usernames, it acts kind of like a guard for private smps

To Whitelist A Person Or A Friend inside of the server first Run the server and Join it, Next run the command:

```
/whitelist add [USERNAME]
```

Also You need to turn on Whitelisting By Running the command:

```
/whitelist on
```
